At the home of motorsport Porsche commissioned MDM to help launch their most advanced car to date… the 918 Spyder.

With some of Britains most prestigious car enthusiasts due to attend, MDM pulled out all the stops to transform the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone for an unforgettable product launch.

This year’s Yokohama stand at the NEC Autosport show has been another success for MDM. With Yokohama announcing their official partnership with Formula 2, delegates from Japan’s Head Office were in attendance for the unveiling.

MDM produced a quality finish for all the stand components including a high gloss wall with etched glass insets and an LED trim.

Our latest piece of design saw us pitching (ha!) for a tent design at an outdoor event later in the year.
Essentially the client wished to create an outdoor bar but was looking for ideas outside just another tent arrangement. We went back with the following idea:

A 1930s period steamship where sophisticated patrons can partake in the tastes and culture of far off places all within the comfort of a classic ship environment.

Budget considerations have rendered the reality of seeing our concept bar as very unlikely at the moment…but who knows someone might pick it up and send it afloat soon.

MDM were appointed in 2002 to produce the Carrera Cup Race Centre. In 2008, Porsche commissioned us to produce a new F1 style race centre. MDM are responsible for designing, building, the logistics and managing the Porsche Carrera Cup Championship Race Centre.

It attends all 10 rounds of the of the Carrera Cup GB, operational from Friday morning through to Sunday afternoon and catering for between to 600-800 guests over the course of a weekend.
The Race Centre is the hub of the most exciting support championship in the UK and is where all race weekend information is held and catering for the teams, drivers, sponsors and guests. Working closely alongside Porsche, MDM are responsible for all aspects of producing this large scale Experiential event from providing security, front of house staff, ticket entry solutions, catering, branding and logistics for the four articulated trucks that house the structure, equipment and offices.

Following Citroën’s refreshed corporate identity, MDM updated the brochure for their Converted Commercial Vehicles. The result was a clean, modern approach to a tough, industrial subject.

The team from BBC Top Gear have for the past three years asked us to provide a base for their merchandise team to operate from. The BBC Top Gear merchandise team contracted MDM’s hospitality coach to provide air-conditioned offices for the staff and to sell the Top Gear magazine and other merchandise from under the awning which accompanies the coach.
In 2010, iconic vehicles from the TV series formed an eye-catching display which attracted huge crowds keen to see the amphibious car and stretched limo.

SsangYong asked MDM to set up a virtual marketing department for them in 2005. As a small company with limited resources SsangYong needed to outsource these necessary requirements.
MDM set up SsangYong Marketing Services, an internal department of MDM that would deal with all marketing requirements of SsangYong from customer service, dealer relations, outdoor events, exhibitions, brochure design, fulfilment, database management, CRM, direct mail, and advertising.
The department has produced some great work for SsangYong and helped the manufacturer to several record sales results over the years.

MDM take Porsche to the people.

Designed in-house at MDM, the Porsche Mobile Exhibition Unit has been touring the country at numerous events for the past two years.

We store, maintain and run the unit to ensure Porsche standards are kept throughout every aspect of its use. With kitchen facilities, AV equipment and a showroom feel it provides the perfect platform to show off Porsche in an outdoor environment.

MDM have enjoyed a long relationship with Oxfordshire’s largest IFA and today we launched their new website.
We’ve provided Focus with a Content Management System that allows them to populate and maintain the site themselves. With the fast pace of finance legislation requiring that the information they provide be accurate and up-to-date, the Concrete 5 based CMS website gives Focus a reliable managed public face .

Focus will update the information on the website themselves and the CMS allows them to change pictures, testimonials from clients, and include their latest press releases and news articles on the site.
With a client base of over 6000 personal clients, 2500 corporate clients and more than £400 million in funds managed by Focus, their team is going places…and MDM are pleased to be helping them to achieve their goals.

MDM designs three new brochures for the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone.

With stocks running low on the current design and new updates to the Centre and Driving Experiences rendering some of the content obsolete, new brochures were required. MDM successfully tendered for the production of three new brochures in a four-way pitch.

Each brochure was produced to promote separate services – Human Performance, Events and Meetings and Driving Experiences.
