SsangYong asked MDM to set up a virtual marketing department for them in 2005. As a small company with limited resources SsangYong needed to outsource these necessary requirements.
MDM set up SsangYong Marketing Services, an internal department of MDM that would deal with all marketing requirements of SsangYong from customer service, dealer relations, outdoor events, exhibitions, brochure design, fulfilment, database management, CRM, direct mail, and advertising.
The department has produced some great work for SsangYong and helped the manufacturer to several record sales results over the years.
